Refund policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  1. - We offer a 2-day return policy, starting from the date of delivery.
    - To initiate a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
    - Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
    - If approved, the refund will be credited automatically to your original payment method within 6 business days.
  2. Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 1 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers /merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

  3. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 1 days of receipt of products.In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 1 daysof receiving the product.The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  4. In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

  5. In case of any refunds approved by RIVER OF RESIN , it will take 6 days for the refund to be processed to you.

  6. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within 1 days of receiving the item.  
    - Replacement products will be delivered within 7 days.
    - And If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 6 business days

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were delivered on the same day

  • The goods are in the original packaging and goods are damaged

  • The 360' unboxing video must be sent on WhatsApp

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
